APPOINTMENTS
Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments well in advance. Please arrive promptly at your
appointment time. Full service for your appointment cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. You will
be called when you dog's grooming is complete. Please do not arrive early to pick up your pet. It is
often difficult and dangerous to complete a groom once your dog has seen you arrive.
Your dog's safety is our main concern.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel for any reason please give us at least a 24 hours notice.
